This is our
busiest category. Over the last few years, we've produced dozens of videos for corporate
and public sector clients in this category. Our clients use public relations/governmental
affairs videos to effectively communicate their positions on a wide variety of issues. Some
examples:
CITY OF LOS ANGELES
Among the projects
we’ve produced for Los Angeles International Airport are videos designed as
communication tools with surrounding communities such as Manchester Square.
The videos have covered topics such as the City’s Noise Reduction program
for homeowners who live near LAX, and the ongoing program of acquiring
properties adjacent to the airport. Both English and Spanish versions have
been produced.

Weyerhaeuser
Kemp Communications has produced several videos for this company. One
example: a
video designed by the Seattle public affairs company Cocker Fennessey for use by
Weyerhaeuser and Cadman Inc. The purpose of the video: to describe Weyerhaeuser and
Cadman's joint plan for a gravel mine operation near North Bend. The video
addresses both opposition to the project and its considerable benefits. The
video was widely distributed in the North Bend area.

Port of Seattle (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport)
There are many sensitive public relations issues involved in the operation of an
airport the size of Sea-Tac. These issues include jet noise, air pollution, and, in recent
years, work on the airport's new all-weather runway.
Kemp Communications has produced a variety of videos used by various divisions within
the airport. For the Noise Remedy Office we've produced videos which convey crucial
information to homeowners who may be eligible for soundproofing and other benefits offered
by the airport. We've put together a variety of presentations for the Community
Relations Department, including a video describing the need for a third runway which ran
for over a year on CNN Airport Channel monitors throughout the airport. For the
Acquisition Office, we produced a video for homeowners affected by construction of
the new runway a video describing in detail the process involved in the purchase of their
properties. Kemp Communications has produced videos such as these for the Port of Seattle
since 1992.
